EXPERIENCE
Don Franzen is admitted to the Bars of the States of California and Hawaii, and federal Courts, including the Central District of California, the Ninth Circuit, the Fifth Circuit, the District of Columbia Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. He has over four decades of litigation experience in both state and federal courts involving business and intellectual property issues. He has appeared as attorney of record in over 20 appellate cases. He also has decades of experience in alternative dispute resolution, both arbitration and mediation, and is trained as a mediator. As an entertainment transactional lawyer, he has worked on multiples phases of audio, film, television and theatrical projects as a lawyer or producer.
